Substance Abuse Education – (October 7, 2023)

This 12-hour risk reduction class uses the Prime For Life® curriculum. Prime For Life® is an evidence-based motivational prevention, intervention and pre-treatment program specifically designed for people who might be making high-risk choices. This includes but is not limited to impaired driving offenders, college students, and young people charged with alcohol and/or drug offenses. The class offers a non-judgmental approach to delivering information that allows participants to evaluate and learn the risk of developing a substance use disorder. This course may meet court requirements for alcohol and drug education. Educare will conduct alcohol and drug evaluations and provide the appropriate level of care or referral.
